01 Programme overview

The Tangent9 Partner & Reseller Programme is for organisations that want to bring our AI products and services to their own customers, whether by referring opportunities, reselling under their own commercials, or designing and delivering solutions on our platforms. Our products pair enterprise-grade AI with built-in human oversight, which gives partners a differentiated, governance-ready offering for regulated and risk-aware buyers.

The programme suits agencies, system integrators, managed service providers, consultancies, and software vendors, particularly those serving small and mid-sized enterprises across the region. It applies to our platform products, YAPA and PALS, the AI Delivery Pod, and our software development service.

This page sets out the shape of the programme. Commercial specifics such as margins, tier thresholds, and payment terms are shown as placeholders and are confirmed in your Partner Agreement and Order Form.

02 Who it's for

There are four ways to partner with Tangent9. You can hold more than one track at once.

Referral partner

Introduce a customer and let our team handle the sale and delivery. You earn a referral fee on closed business with no delivery obligations.

Best for: advisors and networks

Reseller

Buy at partner pricing and resell under your own commercials. You own the customer relationship and billing, with optional tenant branding on the platform.

Best for: resellers and MSPs

Delivery / solution partner

Design and implement solutions on Tangent9, from AI Delivery Pod builds to custom PALS agent workflows, and bill your own professional services.

Best for: integrators and consultancies

Technology / ISV partner

Integrate your product with Tangent9 or build connectors and extensions that complement our platforms for shared customers.

Best for: software vendors

03 Partner tiers

Partners progress through three tiers. Higher tiers unlock better economics and more support in exchange for greater commitment and capability. Thresholds and rates below are placeholders, to be confirmed in the Partner Agreement.

Tell us about your business, your customers, and the track that fits. Email partners@tangent9.com to start.

We confirm fit, agree your starting tier, and sign the Partner Agreement that governs the relationship.

Your team completes onboarding and certification and gets demo and sandbox access.

Register opportunities, co-sell where useful, and resell or deliver to your customers.

Progress through the tiers as you scale, with joint business planning for our most strategic partners.

06 Partner responsibilities

To protect customers and the integrity of the platform, partners agree to:

  • Pass on our terms. Ensure every end customer accepts the Tangent9 Terms of Service before using the Services.
  • Configure safely. Deploy with least-privilege agents and connectors and keep human-approval and audit controls in place, consistent with our AI Governance Framework.
  • Maintain an acceptable use policy consistent with ours, and authorise connectors through your customers' own governance.
  • Support your customers. Provide the agreed level of first-line support and escalate platform issues to Tangent9.
  • Protect personal data. Comply with the PDPA and applicable data protection law, acting as a data intermediary where relevant. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Represent us accurately. Describe the products and their AI capabilities truthfully, without over-claiming or guaranteeing AI outputs.
  • Keep skills current. Maintain the certified staff required for your tier.

07 Commercial model

Commercials are designed to be simple and predictable, and are confirmed in writing.

  • Reseller pricing. Resellers buy at a tier-based discount of [discount %] off list and set their own customer pricing.
  • Referral fees. Referral partners earn [referral %] of first-year contract value on qualified, closed opportunities.
  • Order Forms. Each deal is captured in an Order Form specifying tier, users, term, and pricing.
  • Payment terms. Invoices are payable within [NET 30] days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Renewals and changes. Subscriptions renew per the Order Form, and pricing may change with notice as set out in the Terms of Service.

Specific rates, thresholds, and any minimum commitments are confidential and set in your Partner Agreement.

08 Support and service levels

We back our partners so you can back your customers.

  • Partner support. Partners have a dedicated channel at partners@tangent9.com for commercial, onboarding, and platform questions.
  • End-customer support. Resellers typically provide first-line support to their own customers, with Tangent9 as the escalation point for platform and infrastructure issues. The exact model is set in your Partner Agreement.
  • Service levels. Uptime targets, response times, and escalation procedures, where they apply, are set out in the Order Form or a separate Service Level Agreement.

09 Data, security and AI governance

Partners operate within the same governance standards we hold ourselves to.

  • Data protection. Where a partner handles personal data on behalf of customers, it does so as a data intermediary and must comply with the PDPA and applicable law. Our handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
  • AI governance. Deployments must preserve the controls in our orchestration layer, including human-approval gating, audit logging, and PII masking. See the AI Governance Framework.
  • Security. Connectors must be authorised through the customer's own governance, and partners must follow good credential and access practice. Connector credentials are held in the trusted backend, not the AI layer.

10 Brand and trademark use

While a partner in good standing, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Tangent9 name and logo to market the products, subject to our brand guidelines.

  • Use the marks only as provided, and do not alter them or imply a relationship beyond the one agreed.
  • White-label and tenant branding are permitted to the extent set out in your Partner Agreement.
  • Do not register domains, social handles, or trademarks that are confusingly similar to ours.
  • On termination, stop using the marks and remove partner branding from your materials.

11 Programme terms

The programme is governed by the Partner Agreement, any applicable Order Forms, and the Tangent9 Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, the Partner Agreement and Order Form take precedence for the partner relationship.

  • Tangent9 may update the programme, including tiers, benefits, and requirements, with reasonable notice.
  • Partners are independent contractors. Nothing in the programme creates a partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship.
  • Participation does not grant exclusivity unless expressly agreed in writing.
